• Amazon, eBay and other online platforms Account Management: Efficiently handle all aspects of our online retail accounts, ensuring a seamless operational flow.
• Product Listing: Create and manage compelling product listings, including writing product descriptions, optimising keywords for search visibility, and managing inventory.
• Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of trends and competitive activities, and implement strategies for growth.
• Customer Engagement: Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Sales Strategies: Implement and monitor sales strategies to boost product visibility and sales on Amazon, eBay and other online platforms

Qualification:

• Proven experience in Amazon store management and other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of online platform policies, marketplace algorithms, and product listing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
