Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans
Lead, train, and motivate sales executives

Requirements:
2–3 years of experience as Sales Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of sales strategy, leadership, and CRM tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage and coach teams
Self-motivated, performance-driven, able to work under pressure
