PIFFERS Security Services (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retired Colonel / Lieutenant Colonel for the position of General Manager Operations at its Regional Headquarter in Karachi.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be retired from Fighting Arms
• Strong connections with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong management, team building, communication, and coordination skills
• Proven ability in business development and client problem solving
• Local and experienced candidates will be given preference
• Maximum Age Limit: 53 years

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Rs. 325,000 – 350,000/-
• Company Car (1500cc) 
• Fuel Allowance: 250 Liters/month
• Additional benefits as per company policy
