Job Description (Total Position: 1)

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the backbone of our office, helping ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.

  • Answer and route incoming calls and emails professionally.

  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems.

  • Manage office supplies and inventory.

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.

  • Support HR, accounting, and other departments with administrative tasks.

  • Prepare reports, letters, and other documents as needed.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

  • Maintain cleanliness and order of the front desk and common areas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred.

  • Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role (1+ years).

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Fluent in English (Urdu and other languages are a plus).
