We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the backbone of our office, helping ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
Answer and route incoming calls and emails professionally.
Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Support HR, accounting, and other departments with administrative tasks.
Prepare reports, letters, and other documents as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Maintain cleanliness and order of the front desk and common areas.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role (1+ years).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Fluent in English (Urdu and other languages are a plus).
