Job Description (Total Position: 1)
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving ability, and team spirit.
  • ssist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and employee orientation.
  • Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary issues under the guidance of the HR Manager.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
  • Support performance management processes including appraisals, feedback, and goal setting.
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement and training & development programs.
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and data analytics for management as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR letters, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate with branch HR representatives or Admin Officers for smooth HR operations across locations.
  • Contribute to policy development and implementation of best HR practices.
