We are hiring a driven and confident International Sales Specialist to join our team onsite in DHA, Karachi. This night-shift position is tailored for candidates with strong English communication skills and prior experience in outbound international sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify leads in international markets (US, Australia, etc.)

• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and CRM tools

• Present company services and solutions to potential clients

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing

• Maintain detailed records in the CRM system and provide regular reporting

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client delivery

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor\\\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• 1–3 years of proven experience in international/outbound sales

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Confident, target-driven, and presentable demeanor

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Zoho) preferred

• Willingness to work night shifts based on international time zones
