Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Manage planning, creation, and scheduling of engaging content that aligns with brand voice and goals.
Manage monitoring of social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior.
Manage timely and professional responses to comments, messages, and mentions.
Manage coordination with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
Manage tracking of performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and provide regular reports.
Manage development and execution of social media strategies and content calendars.
Manage support for paid social media campaigns and influencer collaborations when needed.
Manage awareness of platform algorithm changes and new features.
Manage social media tasks with 1–2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
Manage social media platform strategies with a strong understanding of major platforms.
Manage content creation and communication with excellent written and verbal English skills.
Manage basic design tasks using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
Manage scheduling and planning using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite.
Manage multiple tasks creatively and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Manage marketing communications with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Manage content creation, especially short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories).
Manage analytics and performance tracking using appropriate tools.
Manage ad campaigns with knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.).
