We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to join our team. The role involves managing relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. You will be the key point of contact between the company and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met

  • Follow up on client feedback and support ongoing improvements

  • Assist in client onboarding and documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field

  • Previous experience in customer service or client management is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
