Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with SDRs on research, outreach, and prospecting strategies to generate qualified opportunities.
- Take discovery calls to understand client needs and requirements.
- Negotiate and finalize service agreements that deliver clear value and long-term client success.
- Manage SDRs to ensure efficient lead generation and qualification processes.
- Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Sales Presentations: Create compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our services, addressing client needs and objections.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals while maximizing profitability.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges, presenting them to the Head of Sales.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Development, to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and continuously relay customer feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
