Manager Finance is responsible for managing day-to-day finance and accounting operations including management of accounts receivable and payable, ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date. and executing taxation matters. Manager Finance will ensure taxation matters and implement staff trainings program to use financial software that streamlines processes and improves distribution and accessibility of financial information.
The Manager Finance shall undertake the following job duties:
- Preparation and finalization of financial statements, monthly management accounts for partners reporting and presentation.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.
- Establish an active liaison with banks for funds placements, term deposits and negotiations of profit rates.
- Ensure taxation matters, create an active liaison with tax departments i.e. tax notices and its compliance and follow ups.
- Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure to conduct internal and external audit, settlement of audit observations and audit recommendations are complied with and implemented progressively
