The main tasks to perform this job include the following: -
To ensure closure of the assigned complaints/requests received through any customer touch point.
To investigate the complaints according to the relevant SOPs.
To take action and close the complaints/requests within the turnaround time.
To adhere to & comply with the policies & procedures while performing routine tasks.

Job Requirements:
List the basic credentials required for this job profile: -
Qualification: - Minimum bachelor\'s degree from a reputable university.
Relevant Experience: - Minimum 1 year of experience preferably in a relevant field.
Skills: - Good problem-solving and decision-making ability, Proficient in MS Office, possess product knowledge and system experience.
Salary: - 50K – 60K (P/M)
Certifications: Communication Skills Training is preferred, Basic MS Office training is preferred, Product Training is preferred at the time of hiring, etc.
