Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, providing accurate information or transferring calls to the appropriate person.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Support administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with visitor check-ins and security protocols.
