Job Description (Total Position: 5)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with customers

  • In & Outbound calls

  • Email handling

  • Updating clients\' portals

  • Verifying pickup and delivery papers

  • Driver tracking

  • Customs work

  • Reefer temperature monitoring

  • Help the drivers according to their needs

  • Daily trips record keeping

  • Company assets record update daily

Position Requirements:
  • Graduation/Equivalent or above

  • Must know computer knowledge

  • Must have adaptive, outspoken, self-routed, and analytical skills

  • Must know Microsoft Word & Excel

  • Must be conversational and friendly

  • Must speak, read, and write in English

  • Must speak either Punjabi / Urdu

  • Must have the ability to make phone calls

  • Must have an excellent memory
