We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate should be able to handle daily administrative tasks efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and scheduling

  • Maintain office records and documents

  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations

  • Manage office supplies and inventory

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors

  • Support other staff with administrative needs

Requirements:

  • Graduate (any stream)

  • 1–3 years of experience in an admin or office role

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and work independently
