We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

  • Provide accurate information about products and services

  • Keep records of customer interactions and follow up as needed

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools
