Candidate must be honest, hardworking and should be able to demonstrate market knowledge with a proven track record in Lahore and adjoining areas market.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle and further develop assigned area/territory, sales teams and distributors.
  • Managing, training and motivating existing distribution sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area.
  • Execute and deliver Sales Targets, Distribution KPIs and ensure effective coverage across all channels including Retail, Wholesale, LMT & IMT.
  • Accomplish sales and organizational objectives by accomplishing results as required.
  • Should maintain excellent professional relationship with Distributors/Wholesalers/Modern trade customers and weighted retail to ensure all challenges at all levels are timely handled and closed to maintain sustainability and growth in business.
  • Conduct marketing activities as and when directed.
  • Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to sales leadership.
  • Implement company policies and procedures.
  • Perform any task assigned.
