Office Assistant needed to manage office and deal with clients at reception.

  • Must have some computer knowledge.
  • Organize office files and maintain office needs.
  • Day-to-day bank transactions such as pay orders.
  • Sort and distribute communications promptly.
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and customers.
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed.
