Job Description (Total Position: 5)

  1. Make outbound calls to leads from provided lists using a dialer system.

  2. Engage with prospects in a friendly and professional manner.

  3. Ask qualifying questions to determine eligibility and interest in final expense insurance.

  4. Verify contact information and capture relevant details.

  5. Warm transfer qualified leads to licensed agents or set appointments.

  6. Meet or exceed daily/weekly quotas for calls and transfers.

  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM or lead management system.

  8. Follow compliance and script guidelines as required by the company and regulatory standards.

  9. Handle objections and gatekeeping professionally without becoming pushy or aggressive.
