As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the main point of contact for our clients after the sale. Your role is to build strong relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and help clients succeed with our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients and provide product/service training

  • Maintain regular contact to understand client needs and goals

  • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success

  • Identify upselling or renewal opportunities

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer service or client-facing experience preferred

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
