We are seeking an energetic and goal-driven Call Center Agent for our USA-based sales and lead generation campaign. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Rawalpindi. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, setting appointments, and ensuring excellent customer interaction.

Make outbound calls to potential clients
Generate leads and schedule appointments
Maintain and update customer records

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred
Appointment scheduling experience is a plus
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
