We are seeking a results-driven Senior Email Marketing Team Lead to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a leadership role for a highly experienced professional who can strategize, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive results. You’ll be managing a team, planning targeted campaigns, and ensuring high engagement and ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing strategies

• Lead and mentor the email marketing team

• Create, test, and optimize email campaigns for different customer segments

• Monitor campaign performance and use data to improve results

• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices

• Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams for effective execution

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)

• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills

• Understanding of deliverability, list hygiene, segmentation, and A/B testing
