Job Description (Total Position: 1)
  • Develop Brand Strategies: Create and implement brand strategies that align with client objectives and market needs.
  • Brand Positioning: Define brand values, positioning, and messaging to differentiate the brand in the market.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct research on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors to inform strategies.
  • Creative Campaigns: Collaborate with creative teams to design and execute innovative campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
  • Brand Guidelines & Messaging: Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines and messaging across all platforms.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor & Measure Success: Track and analyze the success of brand strategies and campaigns, providing insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with designers, marketers, and content creators to bring brand strategies to life.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors\' branding and marketing efforts to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Content Strategy Support: Provide input on content strategies to ensure alignment with brand messaging and positioning.
  • Trend Forecasting: Stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior to inform future brand strategies.
  • Client Presentations: Prepare and present strategic proposals, brand concepts, and campaign ideas to clients.
  • Brand Audits: Conduct periodic brand audits to assess the effectiveness of current strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on brand initiatives.
  • Training & Mentorship: Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members on branding and strategy-related matters.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the budget for branding and marketing initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation.

  • Experience: 4 years
  • Timings: 10am to 7pm (Monday to Friday)
