We are seeking a talented and versatile Videographer / Graphic Designer with experience in website management to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives on bringing compelling content to life across digital platforms. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and social media reels for marketing purposes. 
• Develop content scripts and visual storyboards aligned with brand campaigns. 
• Schedule and manage posts across all social media channels. 
• Stay current with trends in Instagram Reels, TikTok, and emerging content formats. 
• Design and share professional, brand-consistent content for our LinkedIn presence. 
• Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content supports overall marketing goals. 
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut for design and editing. 
• Maintain and update the company website with fresh content and visuals. 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in video production, graphic design, digital advertising, social media management, and website maintenance. 
• Proficient in creative tools and platforms (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, etc.). 
• In-depth understanding of social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. 
• Skilled in professional content shooting using gimbals, cameras, and mobile devices. 
• Experience with podcast editing and audio tools is a plus.
• Ability to conceptualize, plan, and deliver full campaign workflows.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred. 
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
