Oversee the implementation of planned activities in accordance with the schedule and resource load.
Training of field management staff and Hospital Staff.
Planned visits of all the sites on a monthly basis to evaluate the implementation of hospital waste management standardized practices and report submissions.
Online monitoring of all the sites and immediate remedy of any bottleneck in the execution of operations.
Plug the gaps if any in the timely execution of the projects.
Provide technical support on M&E and evidence-based recommendations to the top management.
Ensure the compilation of all kinds of reports on time for onward submission to the top management and the client.
To analyze and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data.
Ensure that the implementation of field activities adheres to the company monitoring and evaluation system.
Support partners in conducting baseline studies and KAP (Knowledge, Attitude, and practices) studies.
Participate actively in the program planning process.
Support the team in developing the monthly and six-monthly organizational reports.
Support team in dealing with any other tasks as may be required.
