We’re seeking a proactive CSR to handle outbound call campaigns for our BPO partner. You’ll be the voice of our clients—engaging prospects, validating information, and driving high-quality lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to prospects and existing customers following provided scripts.
- Verify and update customer data, ensuring accuracy in CRM.
- Identify needs, overcome objections, and schedule appointments or close sales as required.
- Meet or exceed daily call and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, quality, operations) to resolve issues and improve process.
- Document call outcomes, feedback, and follow-up actions promptly.
- Adhere to all BPO and client-specific compliance and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of outbound-call CSR experience—ideally in a BPO/Touchstone environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English; clear, confident phone presence.
- Strong telephone etiquette, active listening, and persuasive communication skills.
- Comfortable working late evening shift and maintaining consistent productivity targets.
- Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, Word), and call-center software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
