We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Leader – Accounts to join our Accounts Department at Naeem Electronics (Pvt.) Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, supervising, and coordinating various functions of the accounts team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting in SAP (SAP-B1 environment).

Requirements:

• Lead and supervise sub-departments including Accounts Receivable, Payables, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Inventory, and Expense.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled in SAP.
• Coordinate with internal audit and finance teams for reporting and compliance.
• Review monthly closing, trial balances, reconciliations, and ledgers.
• Guide and mentor Assistant Managers and Officers in the department.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports as per SOPs and company policy.
• Identify gaps and recommend process improvements to senior management.
• Maintain effective communication with the Tax, Audit, IT, and Operations teams.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company accounting policies.
