Job Description (Total Position: 35+)

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations. This role involves developing strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth through client acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans

  • Lead, train, and motivate sales executives

  • Identify leads, close deals, and build lasting client relationships

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Present sales reports and forecasts to management

  • Manage key accounts and high-value negotiations

  • Ensure ethical sales practices and policy compliance

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience as Sales Manager or similar role

  • Strong knowledge of sales strategy, leadership, and CRM tools

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to manage and coach teams

  • Self-motivated, performance-driven, able to work under pressure

  • Age: 25–45 years
