Brillant Avenir Pvt. Ltd. – a growing name in telecom and international BPO services – is looking for a dynamic and experienced Call Center Operations Manager to lead our outbound sales call center in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and growing a high-performing team of tele callers focused on outbound campaigns, including cold calling in industries such as telecom, insurance, and banking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Building: Recruit, onboard, and train a team of high-performing tele callers for outbound sales campaigns.
- Performance Management: Set clear targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure monthly sales and conversion targets are consistently met.
- Retention & Culture: Foster a positive work environment to reduce attrition and improve team morale and motivation.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess calling scripts, sales processes, and lead quality to enhance performance and customer experience.
- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain and present weekly/monthly reports on team performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Coordination: Liaise with senior management and other departments to align sales strategy with company goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in outbound call center or BPO operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in cold calling campaigns (telecom, banking, or insurance sectors preferred).
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and retain teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and performance tracking skills.
- Must be target-driven, organized, and self-motivated.
