• Comfortable using online tools and CRM platforms
• Interest in capital markets is a bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospective and existing clients to open trading accounts
• Support account opening and documentation process
• Explain trading platforms and investment options to clients
• Follow up with leads and convert them into active users
• Maintain a high level of client service and follow-through
