We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven SEO Expert with over 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO strategies, tools, and best practices. The SEO Expert will be responsible for improving website rankings, driving organic traffic, and optimizing on-page and off-page SEO efforts to ensure maximum visibility and performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy Development
Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to the business’s goals and objectives.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing content.
Perform competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competition.
2. On-Page Optimization
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, images, and internal linking structure.
Implement SEO best practices to ensure content is search-engine friendly.
Conduct regular website audits to identify issues and areas for improvement.
3. Off-Page SEO and Link Building
Develop and execute link-building campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative sources.
Manage the brand’s online presence by acquiring backlinks through guest posts, social media, influencer outreach, and content marketing.
4. Technical SEO
Collaborate with the development team to resolve technical issues impacting SEO performance, such as site speed, mobile optimization, crawl errors, and indexability.
Implement structured data (Schema Markup) for rich snippets and better visibility.
5. Content Strategy & Optimization
Work with content teams to create SEO-optimized content that targets the right keywords.
Optimize blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets for maximum visibility and conversions.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz to track and report on key SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions).
Analyze traffic patterns and user behavior to refine strategies and improve results.
7. Continuous Improvement
Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes.
Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
8. Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure SEO strategies are integrated across all digital channels.
Provide SEO insights and training to other teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven experience as an SEO Expert with 3+ years in the industry.
Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
Expert in niche research through various methods.
Expertise in keyword research, on-page SEO, link building, and technical SEO.
Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to inform decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Experience with Websites SEO.
Familiarity with local SEO and mobile SEO.
Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, etc.
