Job Descriptions/Responsibilities:
- Provide supportive supervision and leadership to the outreach and Cluster level-multi Districts FC teams of the Program.
- Participate in Cluster-level planning and review meetings.
- Regularly update the Provincial Project Manager based in the PMU office.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with line departments, organizations, local partners, and stakeholders in the respective districts.
- Facilitate the exchange of information and experiences among stakeholders.
- Coordinate team members’ field travel and ensure they have timely access to necessary information, equipment, and support.
- Provide logistical support for outreach teams in the field.
- Maintain close coordination with the team and report daily, weekly, and monthly to the provincial office.
- Ensure enrollment of beneficiaries in the program and conduct routine follow-ups.
- Minimize overdue follow-ups for beneficiaries flagged as red or yellow cases.
- Conduct active screening, anthropometric measurements, beneficiary enrollments, and distribution of supplies.
- Manage supply chain and storage effectively.
- Regularly monitor facility-based and outreach activities as the core responsibility of the Cluster Coordinator.
- Submit operational plans, monitoring plans, and social mobilization plans to the provincial office.
- Manage and validate data effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for submission to the Line Manager.
- Organize meetings with MEAL and other relevant stakeholders to evaluate their roles in project implementation.
- Ensure all employee complaints are reported through appropriate channels to managers or the provincial office, following established procedures.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Provincial Program Manager.
