We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead/Supervisor to join our dynamic call center team, overseeing the operations of our campaign. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in a call center environment, strong communication skills, and a focus on achieving targets and improving team performance.
Experience:
- 3 years in BPO, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/team lead role
- Industry: BPO / Call Center (International)
Qualifications:
- Minimum Becholar Degree or Higher
Project Management, Team Management, and Operations Management skills
- Business operations experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
- Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus
- Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Will be able to manage team indepentently
