Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness.

  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and client requirements.

  • Conduct quality checks on processed information.

  • Report errors or inconsistencies to supervisors.

  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of performance.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in BPO or a similar quality-control role preferred.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and data entry tools.
