We are seeking a dynamic and motivated International Sales Executive to join our team.
As an International Sales Executive, he/she will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, fostering strong relationships with existing clients and promoting (selling) our staffing solutions. A courteous understanding of client needs, embedding value to our services and delivering remarkable customer experiences shall lead to success in this role.
- Identify potential clients within North America through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Develop a deep understanding of clients staffing needs, industry specific trends and market challenges
- Aligning our services in accordance to the requirements and circumstances
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, HR professionals and managerial staff of organizations
- Create a strong client portfolio by looking into diverse businesses
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions that align with client’s requirements and organizational goals
- Present and demonstrate our services to clients showcasing USPs
- Delivering well prepared sales pitches and proposals to clients and management
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices
- Being out spoken for suggestions to improve future sales strategies
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions and professional development opportunities
- Keeping a detailed record of all the activities completed and in-progress
- Maintaining secrecy and integrity while excessing clients data

Qualification Required :
- Bachelors or Masters degree preferred.
- Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills could be considered too.
- Previous Online/Telephonic Sales experience is must
- BPO Experience is preferred

- Can work in Eastern Standard time zone (5pm to 2am)
- Can Commute to DHA Phase VIII
Expected Remuneration:
- For Fresh 40-50K Basic plus attractive Commission on each sales (Lahore)
- For Experienced & Skilled 70-85K Basic plus attractive Commission on each sales (Lahore)
