• Study design briefs and determine requirements

• Schedule projects and define budget constraints

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

• Prepare rough drafts and discuss with the team lead

• Present ideas for future campaigns

• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using professional software

• Develop designs using online platforms and AI

• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

• Test graphics across various media

• Amend designs after feedback

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and in coherence with our brand

Skills Required:

• Prior experience in the said role

• Self-driven nature

• Sense of layout and composition

• Communication proficiency

• Updated with latest trends in market

• Punctual & Organized

• Comfortable working for Canadian based companies

• Team player

Qualification Required:

• Minimum Bachelors degree

• Certifications in Graphic Design

• Prior experience working for a BPO is a plus

Expected Remuneration:

• 40K - 65K
