Job Brief:
- Advertising vacancies on career groups, job search engines and all social media platforms
- Being creative (but honest) while attracting required talent for the company
- Drafting timely responses and answering queries on official platforms
- Screening incoming Resumes and application forms
- Providing expected candidate interview lists to admin department prior to interviews
- Conducting initial screening interviews of potential candidates via various mediums (e.g. in-person, phone, video)
- Sharing feedback regarding screening interviews with HR Manager
- Attending daily meetings/ group discussions with HR Manager Lahore and HR Head Canada
- Providing contact and details of selected applicants to the company’s HR Manager
- Conducting Mockup Test and scheduling Final interviews
- Providing creative ideas for maintaining a healthy effective HR Department
Skills Required:
- Prior experience in the said role
- Self-driven nature
- Communication proficiency
- Punctual & Organized
- Comfortable working for Canadian based companies
- Team player
Qualification Required:
- Minimum BBA/B.Com
- Certifications in HR (preferred)
- ·Prior experience working for a BPO is a plus
- Can work in Eastern Standard time zone (5pm to 2am)
- ·Can Commute to DHA Phase VIII
Expected Remuneration:
