We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruitment Executive Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and be capable of sourcing and hiring relevant candidates on a daily basis. This role demands efficiency, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

  • Ensure timely and quality hires in alignment with organizational manpower needs.

  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate records, and regular reports.

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.

  • Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the HR industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and MS Office tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
