Job Description (Total Position: 25)

The main tasks to perform this job include the following: -

  • To ensure closure of the assigned complaints/requests received through any customer touch point.
  • To investigate the complaints according to the relevant SOPs.
  • To take action and close the complaints/requests within the turnaround time.
  • To adhere to & comply with the policies & procedures while performing routine tasks.
  •  The following tasks are also assigned wherever applicable: 

Job Requirements:

  • List the basic credentials required for this job profile: -
  • Qualification: - Minimum bachelor\'s degree from a reputable university.
  •  Relevant Experience: - Minimum 1 year of experience preferably in a relevant field.
  • Skills: - Good problem-solving and decision-making ability, Proficient in MS Office, possess product knowledge and system experience.
  • Salary: - 50K – 60K (P/M)
  • Certifications: Communication Skills Training is preferred, Basic MS Office training is preferred, Product Training is preferred at the time of hiring, etc.
