Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field6 months to 1 year of proven customer service experience (Amazon & eBay highly preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic computer proficiency; quick to learn new tools and systemsReliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure with a positive, solution-focused attitude
