Key Responsibilities


Channel & Dealer Network Management



  • Identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential channel partners, dealers, and installers

  • Negotiate clear partner agreements and set performance metrics.


Team Building & Leadership



  • Recruit, train, and mentor an effective regional sales force

  • Set targets, monitor performance, and foster accountability


Product Launch & Market Activation



  • Plan and execute district-wise launch campaigns and field activations

  • Coordinate demos, marketing events, and collateral deployment


Market Expansion & Coverage



  • Ensure product availability in most dealers/installers across the region

  • Analyze coverage gaps & implement strategies for network penetration


Targets, Reporting & Analytics



  • Set KPIs: sales volume, partner counts, district coverage, etc.

  • Provide weekly/monthly updates and actionable insights to leadership


Technical & Customer Support Alignment



  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure after-sales readiness

  • Gather feedback from dealers and customers for product/service refinement
