Key Responsibilities
Channel & Dealer Network Management
- Identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential channel partners, dealers, and installers
- Negotiate clear partner agreements and set performance metrics.
Team Building & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor an effective regional sales force
- Set targets, monitor performance, and foster accountability
Product Launch & Market Activation
- Plan and execute district-wise launch campaigns and field activations
- Coordinate demos, marketing events, and collateral deployment
Market Expansion & Coverage
- Ensure product availability in most dealers/installers across the region
- Analyze coverage gaps & implement strategies for network penetration
Targets, Reporting & Analytics
- Set KPIs: sales volume, partner counts, district coverage, etc.
- Provide weekly/monthly updates and actionable insights to leadership
Technical & Customer Support Alignment
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure after-sales readiness
- Gather feedback from dealers and customers for product/service refinement
