Your Role
You’ll be responsible for:
Hiring & managing a team of 15+ cold callers (target regions: Nigeria, Egypt, etc.).
Training cold callers to source industry experts (no sales—just recruitment).
Ensuring KPIs are met (expert-client meetings booked).
Collaborating with company trainers and coordinators.
