Key Responsibilities:
Manage Patient Medical Records: Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) with accurate patient details, ensuring all information is current and complete.
Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Coordinate and confirm patient appointments with medical professionals while optimizing scheduling efficiency.
Handle Incoming Calls & Inquiries: Address patient queries and assist with concerns from pharmacies, hospitals, doctor’s offices, and state insurance providers.
Assist with Billing & Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance benefits, process claims, and ensure accurate billing support.
Provide Professional Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
