We are looking for a Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area and provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, friendly, and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails

  • Maintain visitor logs and handle front desk activities

  • Assist in administrative tasks and document handling

  • Coordinate with staff and manage meeting room bookings

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)

  • Presentable and well-mannered

  • Previous front desk or administrative experience is a plus
