We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Client\'s marketing efforts and drive brand growth in the signage and fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and support sales initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, analytical skills, and experience in B2B marketing, preferably within manufacturing, construction, or related fields.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy & Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across SEO, paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), email, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to align marketing campaigns with sales goals and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display, retargeting) to maximize ROI.
Social Media & Brand Marketing:
- Lead our social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and industry platforms.
- Create scroll-stopping content showcasing our fabrication capabilities, projects, and expertise
- Develop influencer/advocate programs with installers and satisfied clients
- Manage community engagement and social customer service protocols
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Monitor and report on KPIs (traffic, conversions, engagement, lead quality) using
- Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to refine campaigns and improve performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and digital marketing best practices.
Technology & Tools:
- Manage the company website (WordPress or similar CMS) and ensure it aligns with UX and conversion best practices.
- Leverage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp) to streamline lead nurturing and email campaigns.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B, manufacturing, or construction-related industries.
- Proven success in managing paid ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), email marketing, and content strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM reporting.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in signage, fabrication, or industrial marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo).
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or collaboration with creative teams.
