We are seeking a confident and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential clients, pitch our services (Web Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing), and secure qualified leads or appointments for our business development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers, mainly targeting the UAE and international markets.
Understand client needs and effectively communicate our agency’s service offerings.
Book appointments or consultations for the business development team.
Maintain detailed records of leads, call outcomes, and follow-up tasks using CRM tools.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Adapt scripts and approaches based on campaign goals and client profiles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation for digital marketing or IT services.
Strong command of English (spoken and written).
Familiarity with digital services like SEO, website development, social media marketing, and Google Ads.
Persuasive communication skills with the ability to handle objections confidently.
Self-motivated, proactive, and growth hungry.
Experience using CRM software and productivity tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Google Sheets).
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in sales for a digital agency or software company.
Knowledge of UAE, UK, or US business markets.
Understanding of data scraping or B2B outreach strategies is a bonus.
