We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain front desk and common areas in a tidy and organized manner
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
