We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and helping to resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for client communications
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations
Monitor client satisfaction and suggest improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in client servicing or customer support is a plus
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
