Regional Manager Sales - Air Compressor

We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Regional Sales Manager – Air Compressor to lead and manage the sales operations for our air compressor product line in the designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, managing a team of sales professionals, and building long-term customer relationships to drive market growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets for air compressor products.

  • Manage and support a team of Territory Sales Officers/Executives within the assigned region.

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including industrial clients, OEMs, and distribution channels.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure customer satisfaction and gather market intelligence.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and submit regular performance reports to senior management.

  • Collaborate with technical and service teams to provide customer support and resolve issues.

  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand awareness.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 5–8 years of B2B industrial sales experience, preferably in air compressors, industrial equipment, or capital goods.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional capacity.

  • Strong knowledge of industrial sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, textile, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals.

  • Familiarity with different types of air compressors (rotary screw, reciprocating, oil-free, etc.) is a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

  • Valid driver’s license.

Compensation: Competitive salary, commission structure, fuel/vehicle allowance, and performance bonuses.
