• Lead Sales Operations for Polyester Sewing Thread
• Handle customer quality concerns, visit client locations to resolve on-floor complaints, and coordinate with production teams for quality improvements.
• Expand market reach by identifying and developing new customers and markets.
• Achieve sales targets set by the Head of Department (HOD) while maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Extensive traveling is required to meet customers, resolve issues, and enhance brand positioning.
