The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, can provide customer support, can-do attitude, be eager to learn new things, and be passionate about sales & cold calling.

Experience Required:

  • Must have 2-3 years of sales experience in any UK/Based Call Center.

Qualification Required:

  • O Levels or A Levels with BSC / Graduation in Marketing or Any Discipline is a Plus
  • Preference will be given to those who have done IELTS or any Spoken English Course from any reputed institution

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with existing customers to generate sales.
  •  Drafting
  •  Answering calls to handle queries and convert calls into sales
  •  Answering chat queries and converting that chat into sales
  •  Identify new clients to mature sales
  •  Cold Calling to new clients
  •  Virtual Assistance
  •  Customer Support
  •  Follow up with new prospects to get feedback about demo classes and generate sales
  •  Any other task assigned by the management
